Kathryna Cuschieri Kathryna studied Fine Art at Coventry University, England specialising in carved stone and ceramics. She became interested in the medium of glass soon after graduating and now creates glass sculptures and fused glass work in her studio in Co. Clare. She has a recurring theme running through her work which involves her deep interest in the living qualities of the element of Water. Her current work mainly involves taking body casts and transforming them into glass form.
For Wallcandy Katryna took an air vent and turned it into a scene from the children's story The Little Prince, in which the Little Prince tries to tame the fox.
